The link below is to a July 22 WSJ story on Hydrogen fueled cars. Presently, the manufacture of liquid Hydrogen (what cars/trucks would run on) releases huge amounts of carbon. The fuel is 5x the cost of charging an EV, much more than fossil fuels and god help you if you get in an auto accident. You'll end up like the Hindenburg.
Why Toyota continues to promote the embrace of this technology is beyond me.
