Hey Millennials...ever heard of Donna Summer?

In the late 1970s a brand new type of sound burst on the US music scene. Disco! A lot of it sucked, but it's #1 Diva was named Donna Summer. A lady with great pipes and a string of 14 tops ten hits (4 making it to #1). She could belt out a song as well as anyone...

Shown below some 20 years later, her star stature was a little diminished but she could still knock em dead on stage. A tremendous talent...backed up by a killer band. Check this out youngsters.

Sadly she died back in 2012 (lung cancer and she'd didn't even smoke).
