How has Biden helped crush investment in oil/gas?

In case you haven't noticed, gas is a little more expensive lately (leading inflation). Haha. Putin has Europe completely dependent on Russia for its energy.

Is the US continuing to invest in fracking to maintain our status as the world's largest energy producer? Of course not. Had we not shut down the keystone pipeline and promoted policies punishing this sector, we could be selling a massive amount of energy to the EU helping ween them away from Vlad.
