Coulter dared to suggest that because the prosecutor's office (Kansas City Super Bowl shooting) had neglected to show a photo of the suspects, it was extremely likely they were not White. Bill thought she was nuts. Shocker...she wasn't incorrect.

Jackson County Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker held a press conference at the Jackson County Courthouse on Tuesday to announce the charges against two adults in connection to the mass shooting that occurred during the Kansas City Chiefs' Super Bowl victory rally last week.


The Star is for the first time publishing a booking photo for Lyndell Mays, who was taken to the Jackson County Detention Center Tuesday night after being treated at a hospital. The Star had held off until Wednesday to understand why a booking photo of Dominic M. Miller was not available.


The Jackson County Prosecutor’s Office said Wednesday morning that Miller is still at the hospital and had not yet been photographed. In addition, we took the time to carefully consider whether to use booking mugs in the absence of other images of the adult suspects; The Star policy is to use booking mugs only in the highest profile of crimes. Lyndell Mays, 23, of Raytown and Dominic M. Miller, 18, of Kansas City each face a count of second-degree felony murder, Baker announced in an afternoon news conference at the Jackson County Courthouse in downtown Kansas City.



They each are being held on $1 million bond. Lyndell Mays was charged with second-degree felony murder in the mass shooting at the Chiefs Super Bowl victory rally on Feb. 14, 2024. The murder charges are the latest in the investigation into the mass shooting investigation, that killed one woman and injured at least 39 others, including 23 with gunshot wounds. Lisa Lopez-Galvan, a mother and popular disc jockey, was identified as the woman killed in the shooting. Prior to the shooting, Mays was in a verbal argument with another person that he had no prior history or connection with. That argument quickly escalated and Mays drew a handgun, Baker said.
