Is Snitz "for" gun control. Is he interested in the facts?

I don't own a gun and don't care to in the future. I also don't have a strong opinion for or against gun control, except to say the data seems to suggest it won't make much of a difference one way or the other*. Supporting law enforcement and keeping dangerous criminals locked up are far more likely to reduce homicides.


*. One proviso; any person with a history of severe mental illness or violence/threats should not only be bared from gun ownership, but authorities should have the right to search for an confiscate weapons.
