I think he's 100% correct(short 4 min video). BTW for those of you who think either Vlad may be thrown out of power or prove to be unable to field additional troops:
He follows a long legacy of ruthless rulers who mistreated the Russian people and committed atrocities against others and their own. A Russian ruler hasn't been thrown out of office since Czar Nicholas. Vlad will not be the first.
The US conscripted almost 3 million troops in a vasty unpopular Viet Nam war. The idea that Putin can't throw another 100,000 men at Ukraine is wishful thinking, notwithstanding that he'll continue shelling the county into a burnt cinder.
