Look what Taylor Swift made her do.
Comedian Nikki Glaser shelled out nearly $100,000 to attend 22 Eras Tour shows since the “Bad Blood” singer kicked off her blockbuster world tour in 2023.
“I want to be clear that we’re including travel expenses, hotels, and me also flying and putting up everyone that I would invite to go with me, plus tickets, plus merch,” Glaser, 40, told People.
The ultimate Swiftie, who is also the host of the 2025 Golden Globes, said the money was “well worth it.”
“I would’ve paid even more,” she admitted.

Glaser said she justified the cost of attending nearly two dozen shows — where coveted resale tickets sold at astronomical prices — because she doesn’t “have kids,” something she “consciously decided not to do.”
“It wasn’t the easiest decision. There was a part of me that was like, ‘I would like kids,’ but it just doesn’t fit in my life,” she explained.
“And so in order for me to make myself feel better about the decision, I did look up how much it cost to raise a kid. And so once I saw that number, I thought, ‘It’s no problem for me to spend this on Taylor Swift.’”
Parents, she added, spend as much money as she did for Eras Tour tickets “on their kids playing hockey for five years.”
While the comedian has received pushback about her decision to splurge on the concerts, she chalked it up to critics being “jealous.”
“And I understand, I get jealous of people all the time. But it’s like… No one ever shames anyone for having kids and says, ‘Oh, what a waste of money. Oh, you’re flaunting your wealth,'” she said.
“But for some reason, when I go to 22 Taylor Swift shows, it’s like, ‘You’re so privileged. How dare you spend that money.’”

Glaser also called the criticism “confusing.”
“If I didn’t buy the $6,000 ticket, some other trust fund guy or some kind of hedge fund manager would’ve bought it for his niece,” she continued. “I wish the world were more fair. I wish it was a lottery. I really do.”
Swift brought in a record-breaking $2,077,618,725 in ticket sales from her wildly successful Eras Tour, The New York Times reported. The singer, who reportedly celebrated the end of her nearly two year-long touring stint with an Eras-themed surprise bash, also reportedly gave $197 million in bonuses to her crew.
“I love that it was down to the dollar, and I could see my own money in that number and be like, ‘Yeah, there it is,’” Glaser said.
