Snitz buys a new beachfront home

I recently bought this shit-hole figuring it would inevitably get washed out to sea and I'd have the Federal Flood Insurance Program build me a brandy spandy new one. Didn't take long...I'm working with an innovative architect to build something more expensive-looking.
