So how bad is COVID now compared to pandemic high?

The United States at it's peak was registering over 2,300 people per day with new COVID. That number now stands at around 35-40 people per day.

Here's how we compare to other EU nations.

The link below shows in time lapse how the US has fared compared to other nations over time. Ironically things have been a moving target. Italy was among the worst places to be on the globe to get COVID which was later supplanted by the UK.

Obviously the data was at time highly suspect. Generally speaking while people are still afraid of getting sick, your risk is slight compared to early 2022.
