Was Kamala’s speech great? Among the best since Obama’s address in 2008?

Kamala crushed it on the Convention floor. Her impassioned speech had vision, empathy and enthusiasm for America and every citizen watching. Fantastic.
The best ever? That might be one given by Willie Stark. Check it out (short vid).
Of course, Willie Stark is a fictional movie character (meant to portray the corrupt Louisiana politician Huey Long), played by Broderick Crawford. He won the Best Actor Oscar for this performance in 1950. Any good actor can give an impassioned speech. Especially when they have a team of gifted speechwriters and have a teleprompter in front of them.
Crawford, while a great thespian knew little about politics nor professed to have the gravitas to actually run for President.
Is Kamala more than a good actor? Can handle herself in a debate and much more importantly come up with some specific rational policies?
The ones she advanced as a candidate in 2020 were batshit crazy. Among them, the elimination of all private health insurance, and immediately banning fracking which would have destroyed America’s oil and natural gas industry.
I guess we're going to find out whether she's more than a gifted performance artist?
