Dennis sees this as a problem involving two peoples, one who wants the other dead. Of course, that's not exactly right.
There are three parties involved:
Isreal who wants to peacefully co-exist
Hamas, Hezbollah and other terrorist organizations who like Hitler want the Jews exterminated.
The many Palestinians who want to live in peace.
Prager and many like him can't seem to get their minds around the plight of innocent victims who are either being used as human shields (& live under the tyranny of jihadist governments) or others who are happy to live alongside Israeli citizens.
I'm Jewish, and I love the state of Israel but would be a hypocrite to value the life of an Israeli differently than a peaceful Palestinian.
Prager isn't alone in his misunderstanding. Thousand of protestors on US campuses (& elsewhere) seem more bent on condemning Israel than Hamas (the Modern Day Third Reich). That's inexcusable. Whether Israel's government is handling the invasion properly or not, their objective isn't to kill innocent civilians. That is precisely Hamas's objective...as a tool to force a wedge between the Jewish state and it's Arab neighbors.
