Will AI really take millions of jobs?

Updated: Feb 12

Great short video.

BTW...the elephant in the room (for wages and unemployment here in the US) is China. Over the past 14 years, China has dumped over 250 million new service and manufacturing workers into the global economy as the nation industrialized and moved these folks into urban centers. That compares to only 60 million jobs for the US/EU combined.

The good news is that China is on the retreat. Their wage rates have gone up 8X and people are no longer moving to their urban centers. In short, China is no longer dumping labor into the world economy which is a big winner for our country.
