Ziehan: Chile smartly takes over the mining and production of Lithium? Does this matter.

Lithium is mined from two places globally: Chili and Australia. Then it's shipped to China which processes and refines most of the global supply. Since Lithium is the key material for EV batteries having Chile become a lithium refiner is awesome.
