Did Fareed Zakaria just explain why Biden will lose? WTF!

Zakaria was among my parents' favorite news commentators, the truth be told he runs decidedly left-wing. For him to lay it out in black/white this way is like....I'm at a loss for words (I know once in a lifetime).
