For several decades Russia, China and Iran have been supporting each other, working closely together. That just ended. Iran has been abandoned.

BTW, every day that Iran is shuttered by the blockade and loses oil revenue benefits Russia as the prices of Russian oil has doubled and the amount they supply to China ramps as well. Russia is happy to see Iran go down (they benefit).
