I fired up an chart (ClaudeAi) to show what's going on. Japan's population is considerably more elderly than ours. Ergo, you'd expect healthcare costs to also be higher. However, there diet is better and therefore obesity rate is lower.


A main reason we spend so much on health care is we are a bunch of fat f-cks.
