Most Americans support wind and solar?

Check out the link below for PEW Researches dets. Generally speaking, most Americans support ramping back fossil fuels and increasing wind and solar. A few problems with that?

• Wind and Solar will never meaningfully be ramped up to change our electric grid, the sun shines frequently on the West Coast thousands of miles from the demand for most electricity and the wind blows in the Great Plains...ergo same problem. Ergo, you can't transmit electricity over large distances.

  • BTW, most of Europe doesn't get much sun and isn't very windy.

• Nuclear energy is far better and less impactful to the environment.

• China and India the world's largest polluters have no intent on following curtailing fossil fuel use. Game over.
