Snitz compares Yoga to a standing desk.

You probably didn't know I was an expert in body movement, Tai Chi, and Eastern Philosophy. Well, I am. You also likely had little idea that I was a full Bodhisattva.

So prepare to be a whole lot more comfortable Grasshopper. Are you ready to be enlighted...the Spritzler way!

First, off Yoga, Pilates are great. I practice them every day (10 mins of each). However, what's been even more beneficial to my well-being (I mean physical, spiritual, the whole shooting match) is utilizing a standing desk.

Not familiar? Jesus Christ! It turns out that a large portion of the medical community believes that the two largest contributors to health issues are people eating like giant Elephants and spending massive amounts of time sitting.

Sitting completely messes with your hip flexors which indirectly play havoc with your back muscles. Bad sitting posture also does a number on your back, neck...eyeballs (I made that last one up). The point is most of you sit way too much and it's f-cking you up.

BUT, if you have a standing desk or a standing desk addition (which converts your present desk) you can raise your work surface every 15-20 minutes and work standing for 5 minutes or so allowing your hips and back muscles to release. Ahhhhhh. Talk about feeling 1000% better. Your body will thank you and you'll thank me (& contribute money to the Spritlzer Foundation).

Ah...which standing desk attachment to get for your existing setup. Personally, I like Uplift Desks.

If you use a laptop I'd go with this bad boy.

Or if you use a desktop, IMac or a large monitor, here's the tool for the job ($179). BTW, although the desk converter comes with an additional tray for your keyboard, I don't use it. The main desk area is large enough to accommodate my IMac, keyboard, and mouse.

BTW, you can also buy a dedicated standing desk that's an all-in-one solution if you don't like your present desk.

You're welcome.

BTW: It's cheaper to buy this thing than go to physical therapy or an orthopedic guy.
