Snitz explains the Gov Shutdown

Why is there a shut down? In part because Chuck Schumer is fighting for his political survival.

A little context. In March of this year, Chuck wisely decided to avoid a lose-lose confrontation stating “there are no winners in a government shutdown”. He went on to elaborate that threatening such is a non starter in negotiating and should never by on the table.

It’s now October and he’s apparently changed his mind (even CNN called him out/video below). Ouch!

Why? Because, AOC back in March derided Schumer essentially calling him a weak kneed pussy with no backbone. Since then, in national polls AOC consistently trounces the currenty Senate Minority Leader. Ergo, Chuck desperately wanted to avoid looking foolish again with AOC on his heels.

Sadly he picked the wrong fight. Voldemort views this as an early Christmas present and has been long been preparing to slaughter the Dems with this move. Firstly, he’s cut off billions in federal funds going to Dem cities and states. Next he’s conducting massive federal layoffs for departments that don’t meet his liking. Unlike during DOGE, the current situation provides him the op to trim the Thanksgiving turkey without cause.

The Dark Lord also has a great excuse to transfer the full blame for this to the opposing team. The Dems have instituted the shut down because they refuse to honor the scheduled roll back of COVID Obamacare emergency subsidies. The one Trump will harp on is the provision that allows illegals to obtain free emergency room care.

At the end of the day, Voldemort will continue to squeeze Schumers nuts and skip merrily along. Best not to poke the bear?
