Snitz watches the Minn footage of the women being shot

For whatever it's worth. The lady had a history of harassing ICE agents. She's a complete jackass. But the video I watched shows her trying to get away from the scene (most likely illegal) not trying to run over the officer who shot her. That doesn't mean she couldn't have run into him, but it doesn't look like that was her intention.

If fact, her wheels are clearly turned to the right (not straight ahead, the direction of the agent). She was attempting to get around the officers, not run the dude in front of her over.

Dumb move. Something she might have reasonably done time for in the Big House.

In fact, her car had successful navigated around the guy as he unloaded on her.

But was the cop in mortal danger? Not in my book. Killing the lady was a bad move. It will be hard for the Feds to spin this in a way that doesn't look bad.
