The disappointing truth about suppliments?

Hey, while I sniff glue and ingest Tibetan salad oil...I'm basically a tree hugging health nut. I should be living in San Fransisco.
That said, I've researched this sheet pretty carefully and talked to two separate doctors in nauseating detail .
So what do they recommend (both doctors agree on this short list) for most people:
Fish oil: Don't buy the cheap stuff (doesn't sit well in the stomach). Theralogix or Wild Alaskan Brands.
Tumeric.
Vit D
Magnesium Glycinate
Creatine (promote muscle growth and studies also suggest cognative function.
Let me be clear, however. I'm a registered MD, nutritionist, and I hold PhDs in both Biopharmaceuticals and Nuclear Physics. So if you try any of this stuff and grow a third leg...immediately hire a good lawyer.
