The oil stupid! The US has a tremendous amount of excess refining capacity for thick crude oil. That's not the stuff we frack. It's the type of stuff we get from Canada and you guessed it Venezuela. There's money to be made baby! BTW that nation also has one of the two largest untapped stores of oil on the globe.
