The fact that a small number engineered a $20 billion fraud scheme is no reason to believe that the population in general is a drain on the state's resources or are predominently on welfare.

In fact only 81% of Somali families receive Welfare. Hey WTF?

Just hold on a minute mister. This is only 4x higher than the general population. So just put a sock in it.
