In case you're wondering, the average American (source World Health Organ) drinks about 8.7 liters. Gen Z however, drinks only between 4-6 liters. Lame!

Who drinks the most? 🍻 It turns out Eastern Europe leads the world in alcohol consumption — and by quite a margin.

At the top of the list is Romania, where each person drinks an average of 17.1 litres of pure alcohol a year — more than anywhere else on Earth. Close behind are Georgia, Latvia, and Moldova, where centuries-old wine and spirit traditions are still going strong.

And among them, one surprise: Namibia, the only African country in the top 10. Cheers🥂
